Shipping policy
1. The delivery time of our products is 1-5 working days. Normally, they arrive in 48 hours but we cannot guarantee it since each Polarbox is prepared with love especially for you once the order is confirmed.
2. We work with courier companies that once the order is placed you will receive an email with all the details. There you will have a tracking number to be aware of any incident.
* For shipments to the Islands (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Azores) and abroad, the delivery time will be extended up to 7 working days.
3. International orders are shipped with GLS shipping company. And depending on the country, it can take up to a little over a week. You will be able to check the trajectory of your shipment with tracking. Do not hesitate to ask us anything by e-mail in the meantime.
4. Polarbox is not responsible for damage or loss of goods generated by the courier company.
5. Polarbox is not responsible for shipments that have not been delivered by the courier due to customer responsibility (no contact, no one at home, incorrect delivery address) or courier failure.
6. Polarbox is not responsible for the detention of packages by the control of authorities (e.g. customs).
The courier makes several attempts to deliver the shipment. If it is not delivered for any of the above reasons, the shipment is considered delivered.
Shipping costs.
1. Shipments to mainland Spain and Portugal are the same for the entire territory and these are included in the price of the product (€6.05).
2. Shipments to supported European (Continental) countries carry a higher shipping cost, These are calculated in the last step just before finalizing the purchase, depending on the quantity of products purchased and the destination.
3. The extra costs of shipments that are subject to customs (e.g. Canary Islands), will be borne by the buyer and will depend on the items and the destination of the order.
Returns and Factory Warranty.
The user may exercise their right of withdrawal within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product, or the last of them if the order consists of several. That is, your right to return the products purchased without the need to allege any justifiable cause and without incurring any type of penalty.
In order to avail themselves of this right, the user must return the purchased product in perfect condition and correctly packaged, preferably in its original packaging, and always be accompanied by the purchase invoice, following the steps detailed below.
Any return that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
In all returns, the user will be credited the total amount of the returned products, deducting the shipping amount.
The cost of return will be borne by the buyer.
In the event that the return is due to a product defect or erroneous shipment, Polarbox will replace the item and bear all costs associated with the return.
The return will be rejected when the products are damaged during the return process as a result of inappropriate packaging assumed or carried out by the user himself.
